Title of Invention: Smoking Set for Electronic Simulated Cigarette and Smoking E-liquid and its Cartridges On the basis of substantive examination conducted by the Chinese Patent Office, the invention is found to have satisfied the requirement as laid down in the Chinese Paten Law. The patent right for invention is hereby granted and recorded on the Patent Register and this certificate is awarded accordingly. This patent for invention shall enter effect as of the announcement date of the patent grant. This patent for invention shall be valid for 20 years, counted from the application date. The patentee is required to pay the annuities in accordance with the provisions of the Chinese Parent Law and Implementing Regulations under the Chinese Patent Law. The annuity for this patent has to be paid prior to March 20 each year. Where the patentee fails to pay the annuity as required, this patent right shall be terminated at the expiration of the prescribed time limit. All nicotine cartridges and fluid must be kept in a safe place and away from children, as the amount of nicotine in a cartridge, if ingested by a small child could cause serious harm and medical assistance should be sought. Electric Cigarette is not suitable for anybody under the age of 18, and not for use by non-smokers.
